JB here with an important announcement and some good news!
To help with the ongoing investigation I’ve conscripted (it’s all the rage) a youth off of the hard streets of Newport to help me with my IT issues. Apparently the reason the CCTV footage of the beach was a bit blurry was user error, my Nokia 3310 can’t do ‘high res’ whatever that is. 10 minutes later my drafted friend had managed to download the whole image onto the station fax machine.
